“Bangladesh” has been a sacred pilgrimage land of Sanatan Hinduism since ancient times. In this land, the holy body of Mahamaya Sati is divided into 6 parts and is staying at different places. Lord Shri Ram Chandra entered this land with Sita Mataji and Laxman. It is here that the supremely celibate Baba Loknath kept the body of the holy spirit. There are footprints of innumerable munis, sages, saints, great men, monks and pilgrims.

Centuries after centuries no matter what this holy land was known as Bongala, Bangla or Bangladesh, once only Sanatan Hindu religious people lived here. In the course of time, due to caste discrimination and social upheavals, many of those traditionalists converted to religion. The history of geo-political change is such that traditional Hindus are now a minority in this country or land. Still there is little more than 10% Hindu population. Experts fear that this number will drop to 1% if there is a political change or any other man-made disaster in the near future.

According to private opinion, at least 30 million acres of Hindu lands in Bangladesh have been dispossessed, or they are unable to take possession due to lawsuits.

Every now and then somewhere in Bangladesh the people of the Hindu community are being tortured. Hindus are being demoralized day by day due to various tortures. Which is one of the main reasons for the extinction of the Hindu community. There is still casteism , violence and discord among Sanatan Hindus. Due to the lack of unity among themselves, the miscreants are constantly being tortured by the heathens. Hindu mothers and sisters are often victims of rape, murder, kidnapping and molestation. Temples, religious institutions, houses are being burnt with fire. Commercial establishments are being occupied, looted and vandalized. The field of socio-economic is very turmoil. It has become impossible to practice religion. Day by day, the courage of traditional Hindus to protest for the protection of basic human rights is losing.

World Hindu Federation wants to change this situation. World Hindu Federation, wants unity and solidarity among Hindus. Let’s forget all differences and unite only to protect our lives, wealth and religious culture. Let there be mass awakening for the survival of the country and society.
